THE MAIN AIM OF THE EVENT WAS TO HOST A SOCIAL NETWORKING FUN DAY FOR ALL THE MEMBERS OF THE MULEMBE NATION. Our Major Focus was on the first years : the fresh men and women in Campus.

How we orchestrated MULEMBE FUN DAY from conception to reality.
Preparation
BUCCUSA mobilized organizing teams to coordinate logistics for a massive campus gathering. We secured the venue and reached out to student leaders across Bungoma's institutions to ensure a diverse representation of the "Mulembe Nation" for a seamless day of connection.
Core Strategy
We leveraged cultural identity as a unifying force, using the "Mulembe" spirit of hospitality. Marketing focused heavily on campus-wide outreach to ensure freshmen felt seen and invited, turning a simple social event into a landmark welcoming ceremony.

The Aims
"Our primary goal was to foster a strong sense of community and belonging for freshmen. We aimed to bridge the gap between senior members and newcomers, creating a platform for social networking that supports both academic and social success on campus. REFRESHMENTS"
Direct Impact
The day resulted in hundreds of new connections and a surge in official memberships. Most importantly, first-year students reported feeling significantly more at home, knowing they have a dedicated family within the BUCCUSA network to support them.

How we conquered
THE CHALLENGES WERE REAL BUT WE ROSE AND SAID WE WILL NEVER BE DEFINED BY OUR SITUATION .WE USED AUDIO DEVICES WITH BATTERY STORAGE, WE AGGRESIVELY REACHED OUT TO OUR MEMBERS THROUGH OUR SOCIAL PLATFORMS AND URGED THEM TO TURN UP.FOR THE MC's WE HAD OUR SUPER TALENTED LEADER CHESOLI WITH JOSEPH.
